We’re open every Saturday, 10.30am–5pm, at Wild Fox Distillery on our working Lancashire dairy farm. Enjoy a Gin tasting flight or G&T, coffee or homemade cake while taking in the views and the bustle of our farm-to-bottle distillery.
Our fully stocked bar includes draught, wines, spirits and excellent cocktails, alongside our full range of handcrafted gins – with tasters available if you can’t decide. Then head out on one of our two fully mapped countryside walks (one easy, one a little more stretching), straight from the distillery door.
Fully accessible and dog friendly – a proper Saturday out in the countryside.
FOOD TRUCK FRIDAYS!
Join us at Wild Fox Distillery for our popular Food Truck Fridays, starting with our Good Friday “Fri-yay” event. Set in the Lancashire countryside, these relaxed afternoons / evenings bring together hand-thrown pizzas, a fully stocked bar, and a welcoming outdoor atmosphere.
We open from 3pm, with food served from 4–7pm, and if the weather’s kind, guests can enjoy the field with picnic blankets and drinks in hand.
Food Truck Fridays are family-friendly, dog-friendly, and open to everyone -the perfect way to start your weekend near Garstang, Lancaster and the surrounding Lancashire area.
No bookings, just turn up.
FRIDAY NIGHT GIN TASTING
Five generous Wild Fox gins. Mixers galore. Plenty of laughs and a proper Lancashire welcome.
Our 5-star Google reviewed tasting nights are relaxed, friendly and full of flavour – the perfect Friday night out. You’ll hear the stories behind the still, discover your favourites, and enjoy each gin properly served in a small-group setting.

Tastings for tourists!
If you’re holidaying in our area and would like to visit the distillery on days we’re closed, don’t worry! You can arrange a private tasting and talk at a time that suits you and your group. For just £15 per person, we’ll be happy to accommodate you.

PRIVATE GIN TASTINGS
Are you looking to visit us as part of a larger group and would like to enjoy the full distillery experience? We can offer private tastings outside of our normal opening times, for groups of up to 50. Whilst here, you will enjoy a relaxed and informative talk from owners Rob & Lizzie, learning all about our farm & gin heritage and sampling each of our gins throughout.
Our fully stocked bar will be open for guests to purchase additional hot & cold drinks.

ACCESSIBILITY
We want to make your visit as enjoyable as posible when visiting us. We are a completely flat layout including a large accessible toilet and ample outdoor parking close to the main door.
The carpark is compacted chipped stone and there is a tiny lip as you go from the carpark to the flagged entrance of the building.
We are already dog friendly so please know your assistance dog is most welcome.
Our main door is 100cm wide and 210cm tall.
If you have any sensory needs then please call us before your visit and we can arrange an early or later time slot for you when there will be no background noise and no other guests, our number is 01995641136, please ask for Lizzie, Rob, Dawn or Gill and we will be very happy to assist.
