Buying our Gin & Gifts via our Web shop

By placing an order with Wild Fox ~Distillery, you acknowledge to have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact us at spirited@wildfoxdistillery.co.uk before placing your order with us.

We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you have provided. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.

Age of Consent

It is illegal to sell alcohol to anyone in the UK under the age of 18. By using this site, you have confirmed that you are over the age of 18 and live within the UK.

Processing Your Order & Delivery 

Our standard delivery is up to 7 working days and is complimentary over a £80 spend. We aim to pack and post all our orders within 24 hours. Your Gin parcel will arrive via Royal Mail. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to addresses outside the UK.

Availability

All items are subject to availability. We will inform and refund you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are only redeemable in the distillery shop PR32LH. Unless stated, gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase date unless stated otherwise. Gift vouchers for gin tasting evenings are sent via e-voucher (e-mail) only. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you are delighted with your purchase from Wild Fox Distillery.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing spirited@wildfoxdistillery.co.uk. Please include photographs of the item and packaging where possible so that we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

CHANGE OF MIND

If you have purchased goods online and change your mind, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned goods must be received by us within a further 14 days.

Returned items must be:

• Unopened and unused
• In their original packaging
• In a fully resaleable condition * we will not accept returns of bottles with damaged labels or packaging. 

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned goods have been received and inspected.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene, safety and licensing reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

• Opened bottles
• Bottles with broken seals
• Products that have been consumed, partially consumed, or tampered with
• Gift cards or vouchers

YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
