Buying our Gin & Gifts via our Web shop

By placing an order with Wild Fox ~Distillery, you acknowledge to have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact us at spirited@wildfoxdistillery.co.uk before placing your order with us.

We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you have provided. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.

Age of Consent

It is illegal to sell alcohol to anyone in the UK under the age of 18. By using this site, you have confirmed that you are over the age of 18 and live within the UK.

Processing Your Order & Delivery 

Our standard delivery is 2-4 working days and is complimentary over a £30 spend. We aim to pack and post all our orders within 24 hours. Your Gin parcel will arrive via Royal Mail. Free local delivery (within 10 miles of the distillery) will be hand delivered by us each Friday if ordered by midnight the Thursday before. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to addresses outside the UK.

Availability

All items are subject to availability. We will inform and refund you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.

Returns & Exchanges

Please inspect your order as soon as the delivery is received. If anything is not to satisfaction please take a photo and send to us immediately via our email spirited@wildfoxdistillery.co.uk and we will rectify the issue with you. If you have simply changed your mind, please give us a call on 01995641136 or email us at spiritis@wildfoxdistillery.co.uk and we will happily refund your order on receipt of your returned goods.*

* If you have changed your mind return postage for goods from Wild Fox Distillery must be paid for by the customer. We will only issue a refund for unopened and unused goods returned in the same condition as they were sent.
