This year’s festive gin celebrates the best of our hedgerows and fruit trees with a rich blend of handpicked damsons, sloes and bullace plums, all distilled with farmhouse Aga-dried clementine wheels and our signature Christmas spice mix.

The result is a gloriously aromatic gin that captures the spirit of the season – with hints of cinnamon, star anise, ginger and spiced fruit. On the palate, it’s smooth, jammy and warming – perfect with hot water and honey for a Lancashire take on the classic hot toddy, or simply over ice with a splash of tonic for a festive G&T.
