Our Christmas Spirit is BACK!

This weekend we saw our first light frost of the season, our little corner of the world is transitioning fully into autumn!  The frosts around our part can play a dangerous role in our seasonal releases, this year especially when we had a particularly early frost which has posed a challenge for our damson crops. Unexpected frosts can be tough on fruit trees, especially damsons, which are sensitive during their blooming phase. Our harvest this year has been small to say the least, however with great neighbouring farms that surround us and frozen batches of last years plums and damsons we’ve managed to keep our seasonal release alive for 2024.

The Holly and The Ivy – Christmas Spirit 2024 batch one is now on sale. Slightly more plummy than last years batch due to the reasons above but just as delicious and memorable!

Christmas and gin make the perfect pairing don’t they?! There’s something special about enjoying a festive, spiced gin like Holly & The Ivy, while cozying up during the winter months in front of the fire or with your favourite book and blanket.  The warmth of the spices, the brightness of citrus, and that comforting familiarity of a well-crafted gin definitely add a bit of magic to the festivities.

1 x Crystal glass filled with ice

50ml The Holly and The Ivy Spiced Gin

125ml light tonic water

a wheel of orange or clementine studded with cloves

Christmas Spirit Hot Toddy 

1 x heat proof Glass or you’re favourite Christmas mug!

50ml The Holly and The Ivy Spiced Gin

1 (generous) tsp of honey

1 wheel of clementine (stud with cloves for an elevated experience)

100ml just off the boil hot water

The Holly & Ivy Mimosa

1 x champagne flute

35ml The Holly and The Ivy Spiced Gin

50ml fresh clementine juice

Top with champagne
