Alongside our core range of Gins we love to utilise our seasonal harvests and create special seasonal edition Gins.

This year we welcomed back Ivy’s Orchard Summer fruits Gin which again sold out within weeks. The random weather we got earlier this year certainly helped our fruit thrive and we managed to get an extra batch out. We use the previous years Blackberries in the following years release to try and tie in all the ripening times. Its a bit of a juggling act!

Ivy’s Orchard is a bottle of summer! We love it. Its subtly berry-full which really pops when mixed with tonic. You get all the flavour of the berries without the sweetness keeping it as a classic dry Gin at the heart.

The same can’t be said fruit wise for our Christmas Spirit, The Holly & The Ivy spiced damson and Aga dried clementine as this year we have never seen such a poor crop of damson. Worryingly poor actually. After some experimentation we found that the bully (bullace) plums growing here give off a very similar flavour when distilled so you will find these in your bottle of Christmas spirit in 2020. Bully saved the day!
