Ivy’s Signature is our flagship London Dry Gin, inspired by generations of farm life and the simple pleasure of a proper post-milking G&T.

Distilled in small batches on our Lancashire family farm, this gin reflects the landscape around us and Lizzie’s love of foraging. As our head distiller often says, “the world’s flavours are on our doorstep, you just need to know where to look.”

The result is a crisp, beautifully balanced London Dry Gin with bright citrus freshness, classic juniper depth and subtle wild botanicals gathered from the countryside.
