The Holly and The Ivy – Seasonal Release 2025

Our 2025 festive gin celebrates the best of the farm hedgerows and orchard fruits. Handpicked damsons, sloes and bullace plums are distilled alongside Aga dried clementine wheels and our signature Christmas spice blend.

The result is a beautifully aromatic seasonal gin with notes of cinnamon, star anise, ginger and spiced fruit. Smooth, rich and gently warming, it captures the flavour of Christmas in every glass.

Enjoy as a festive G&T, or try it with hot water and honey for a Lancashire twist on a classic hot toddy.

Please note: this year’s recipe uses naturally oily fruits, so the gin may appear slightly cloudy. This is completely natural and part of its honest, handmade character.
