The Holly & The Ivy – Christmas Gin 2026

A little taste of Christmas, straight from our Lancashire hedgerows.

Our much-loved winter gin is back for Christmas 2026, bringing together a wonderful abundance of handpicked hedgerow fruits, warming winter spices and fragrant clementine.

Damsons, sloes and bullace plums give this seasonal gin its beautifully rich, fruity character, while clementine, ginger, star anise, cinnamon, nutmeg and clove bring all those familiar aromas of Christmas.

Luxuriously festive, smooth and gently warming, The Holly & The Ivy is a real winter warmer, made for everything from cosy evenings by the fire to Christmas celebrations with family and friends.

And it’s wonderfully versatile. Serve with tonic and plenty of ice for a festive G&T, warm gently with honey and water for a comforting hot toddy, or shake up a fabulous Christmas martini.

A note on natural cloudiness: Our hedgerow fruits contain natural oils which can come out of suspension, particularly in colder temperatures. This may cause a slight haze or cloudiness in the gin. It’s completely natural and doesn’t affect the quality or flavour.
