Another 5 stars…

January hasn’t been so bad here at the distillery, we always expect it to be quieter in the first few months but this year we really found the first few weeks in January you lovely lot were still partying which really helped subside the January blues! We also launched our new ‘Food Truck Fridays’ our first date being the 5th January where our friends Lora and Brian from Cunliffe catering started the events with a bang-ing Boxing Day curry!

We ended January on a high as we had our food hygiene inspection on the 30th January and we are delighted to say we have retained our five star rating with no issues found at all – but don’t just take our word for it take a look at our results here.

We were so very pleased with the result, truth being told we are a bunch of clean freaks so we didn’t expect anything else but to be told that the way you are running your business is spot on is always welcome!
