Wild Fox has always been a little different, we are Small Batch Gin Made Properly in Lancashire.

We are a small family distillery on our farm in rural Lancashire, and every bottle we make starts with the same simple idea: make it properly, use real ingredients and never rush it.

We make our gin in small batches using our copper stills, Ivy and Kin.

Small batch production gives us complete control over every run. We can taste, adjust and make sure each batch leaves the distillery exactly as it should.

We are not interested in producing thousands of bottles as quickly as possible.

For us, quality has always mattered more than volume.

One Shot Distillation

Wild Fox gin is made using one shot distillation.

That means the botanicals and spirit are distilled together to create the finished gin. We do not make a highly concentrated gin and then stretch it out afterwards.

It takes longer and costs more to produce, but it gives us the flavour and character we want in the bottle.

It is one of the reasons our gin tastes like gin should.

Real Botanicals and Real Flavour

Being farmers has shaped the way we make spirits.

We have always understood that good produce starts with good ingredients, and that approach carries through into our gin.

We use real botanicals, herbs, fruits and roots to create flavour. No shortcuts, no unnecessary sweetness and no trying to disguise what is in the bottle.

Our Ivy’s Signature Gin, for example, includes botanicals inspired by the farm and surrounding Lancashire countryside, including lemon balm, nettle, hawthorn and dandelion.

The result is a proper London Dry gin that is crisp, balanced and full of flavour.

Wild Fox Distillery is not tucked away on an industrial estate.

It sits here on our family farm in Lancashire.

An Independent British Distillery

We are proud to be a small independent British distillery.

Every bottle is distilled, bottled and labelled here by us.

There is no huge production line behind Wild Fox. The same people making the gin are often the people packing your order, pouring your tasting flight or welcoming you through the distillery doors.

That is something we never want to lose.

Award-Winning Gin

Our gin has also picked up some rather lovely recognition along the way.

Mane Event, our Mediterranean Dry Gin, was awarded Gold at the IWSC in 2024.

Awards are never the reason we make gin, but it is always good to know that the care that goes into each bottle is recognised outside our own distillery too.
