Rhubarb & Elderflower Gin

Blushing Vixen is a beautifully balanced rhubarb and elderflower gin, distilled in small batches on our Lancashire farm. Naturally blushing and refreshingly crisp, it is a dry gin with no added sugars or sweeteners, allowing the botanicals to shine through with pure, natural flavour.

Built on a backbone of bold juniper, the gin opens with herbal depth from angelica before soft cranberry notes from hibiscus appear. Stewed rhubarb brings a gentle rounded sweetness, while elderflower adds a delicate floral lift for a clean, refreshing finish.

The result is a crisp and elegant gin that captures the flavour of the British countryside.
