Our favourite time of the year and this time with a fresh new look.

Every summer we create one small batch of Ivy’s Orchard using real fruit and traditional one-shot distillation here on our family farm in Lancashire.

This year’s recipe is packed with juicy blackberries, raspberries and blackcurrants, with a few home-grown strawberries making their first appearance too. Rather than adding flavourings or sugar afterwards, all of the fruit is distilled with the botanicals, giving you a beautifully crisp, refreshing summer gin that’s naturally full of flavour.

If you’re looking for a proper summer gin without added sugar, syrups or artificial flavourings, this is it. Just real ingredients, distilled slowly, exactly as we’ve always done.

Best enjoyed over plenty of ice with a premium Indian tonic and a fresh strawberry or a handful of berries.
