What we believe is the first ‘all natural’ rhubarb & elderflower pink gin. Distilled with real farm grown rhubarb and elder flowers that grow freely over the brook running through our farm. The unique blushing hue is given from a bespoke made colour derived from beetroot made here in the distillery. A nostalgic stewed flavour with subtle floral after tones, beautifully refreshing. 

The perfect serve

Blushing Vixen is unlike any Rhubarb Gin you have tried before, flavoured tonics are a no go as the bottle is jam packed full of natural flavour, some bold and some delicate so it is important to allow each one to shine. For our perfect serve it’s simple, alike our Signature Gin just add 50ml of Blushing Vixen to a glass full of ice and top up with 150ml of plain Indian tonic, give a little stir and sip away dreaming of summer days!

The perfect serve

For the Gin that speaks for itself, the perfect serve is simple. First the ice, fill your glass full to the top, fewer ice cubes will melt quicker therefore diluting your Gin… and we don’t want that! Then pour over a good 50ml shot of Gin, give a little swirl and cool the spirit down. Now the next part is up to you, Ivy’s Signature is unparalleled in smoothness and can be sipped neat over ice, for a longer drink add a splash of plain Indian tonic, just a little, no more than 150ml. Give a little stir and your ready to enjoy the best G&T you’ve ever had!

Taste

As soon as the cork is extracted you are hit with powerful citrus aromas of fresh orange zest. On the palate an exceptionally smooth mouth feel, juniper forward with a strong punch of orange, delicate but certainly present notes of fresh ginger warm at the finish.

The Perfect Serve

This Gin makes the perfect G&T and pairs superbly with ginger ale, but for those crisper days out on the peg add a little hot water and a tsp of honey for the perfect hip flask treat.
