What we believe is the first ‘all natural’ rhubarb & elderflower pink gin. Distilled with real farm grown rhubarb and elder flowers that grow freely over the brook running through our farm. The unique blushing hue is given from a bespoke made colour derived from beetroot made here in the distillery. A nostalgic stewed flavour with subtle floral after tones, beautifully refreshing. 

The perfect serve

Blushing Vixen is unlike any Rhubarb Gin you have tried before, flavoured tonics are a no go as the bottle is jam packed full of natural flavour, some bold and some delicate so it is important to allow each one to shine. For our perfect serve it’s simple, alike our Signature Gin just add 50ml of Blushing Vixen to a glass full of ice and top up with 150ml of plain Indian tonic, give a little stir and sip away dreaming of summer days!
