What a week we’ve had at Blenheim palace international horse trials!

Our foxy van loaded with all the goods, smiles on faces and we were ready to set off down to Oxford to showcase our award winning Lancashire Gin.

We set off at 8am on Wednesday 15th September, excited to see what the week ahead would bring. Co-pilot & equestrian super-fan, Dawn, was about to embark on her first Wild Fox event having only just joined as our new business manager, what an initiation! It took us 4hours to get to Blenheim palace, a nice smooth jounrnery and oh my what a site to behold on arrival! For those who have been lucky enough to visit the palace before, you’ll appreciate what our eyes were seeing, what a place of elegance. Blenheim stands in 4k acres of glorious landscape and we were about to exhibit in just 4meters of it!

Upon arrival for set up the shopping village was buzzing with atmosphere, we found our pop up shop and away we went, for two Lancashire girls the set up was just no problem!

The daily crowds varied from 3k – 25k per day, but with each flurry of like minded folk came a wealth of gin fans, and left Lancashire gin fans!

What a great fun week we had, we met so many new businesses and made exciting relationships for the future, the highlight for us of course was meeting Olympic gold medalist Oliver Townend and finding out the Yorkshire hero was already a Wild Fox Fan! Heres to next year…
